Gaslamp Hostel

Located in a historic 1880’s building in the center of the downtown Gaslamp Quarter, our hostel makes a statement with its double staircase and sunny, open atrium with a Victorian style that’s a nod to the Wild West days. We’ll tell you all about our building’s infamous past as well as the ghost stories! It’s just a step outside our door to the festive atmosphere of outdoor dining.With our great weather year-round, San Diego is a great escape any time of year. We are minutes away from a great stroll to the waterfront or a ferry to Coronado Island’s expansive white beach. The Padres stadium is a 10 minute walk and many other attractions are very nearby including the San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, Midway Naval Museum and SeaWorld. Explore nearby neighborhoods and hiking trails or take tour of our myriad of microbreweries! We’re also a short drive or bus ride from other beaches.
