We are a Vibrant community, a mix of local college students, young professionals and tourists, with most staying at least 1-2 weeks, and some for several months. Artist scene offering plenty of space for group interaction including a Social Lounge, Dining room/Cooking Lounge, Cinema Room, Game Room with pool table & foosball, Rooftop Terrace, BBQ, Gym, Sauna. Las Aguas Studios also offers a variety of activities including graffiti and nature tours, dance lessons, fitness training, bartending workshops, and language exchange. You express an interest, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. Located a few blocks from the heart of La Candelaria, offering contrasting views between mountain/nature and Urban Bogota. Near all main attractions including Chorro de Quevedo, Museums, Universities, Septima & Centro, Parque Los Periodistas, Organic markets, and a fair share of some of the best bars and restaurants in Bogota.
We have a dedicated Internet channel for the building, our WIFI is strong and stable throughout the building and in every room. Digital nomads and others working online love the internet speed and reliability. Excuses don’t burn calories is the motto of our fully-equipped gym and sauna. We offer private and group personal training, yoga, and aerobics…Excellent access by car, taxi, and Transmilenio to all points of interest. What else? The owner is a cool guy who travels a lot and building rules are relaxed.
