Our sustainable city boutique hostel is a community-oriented project that offers affordable stays to digital nomads, the tech industry, and international travelers alike. We ask that you practice respect for our community, our neighborhood, the environment, yourselves, and each other. Some ways to practice respect are to firstly, respect yourself by caring for your hygiene, being mindful of what you waste (such as water and other resources), and considering the well-being of others in the same communal space.By entering our boutique hostel, you are agreeing to the standards and rules we have set to support a safe environment. You agree to damage fees that may be incurred as listed in our company policy. You agree that Chapter San Francisco and the staff representing the brand have the right to cancel your stay upon disturbance, inconvenience, or misconduct with other guests and staff. You agree that you are not a resident of San Francisco and that failure to adhere to this policy will lead to charges, fees, and cancellation. You agree that you are of legal drinking age for the state of California, the minimum being 21, and can provide legal documentation.When Simon Sin had the idea to create a boutique hostel, he envisioned a comfortable location where guests could romanticize the present moment knowing that one day, it would become a chapter as it has in his own life. Realizing that the human experience has many pages that we will eventually turn, is the reason why you are here today. Chapter San Francisco was born from turning the page and beginning anew.
